The winner for best new discovery at Bonnaroo this year is without a doubt Lake Street Dive (OK, Sean's posted about them before...). They really truly have everything you could want in a band though. The songs are amazing. The instrumentation is interesting (here's to you stand-up bass and trumpet). The arrangements are intricate and perfectly executed. All I can say is find everything they've made and listen to it. None of it disappoints.
